Ahead of the carnival on 9 August 2026, the Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, ceremonially flagged off Season 8 of The Magnum Carnival at Lok Bhavan — recognising the Rotary Club of Madras Magnum's effort to bring an unforgettable day of joy to 3,234 less privileged children, and to build lasting infrastructure for deserving schools.
